What is the signs of the stabilizer stabilizer?
1. Troubleshooting device fault characteristics
Failure 1: After installation, the headlights work normally, but the instrument Taiwan big light fault alarm Lights are on
This is a very common failure. It may be because the pyrine lamp and the stabilizer are not matched. You should choose the same voltage of the pyrine lamps and stabilizers.
Failure 2: After installation, the Light bulb has a flashing flashes or often off or the left and right Lights.
Most of these causes of failure are line problems, which may be caused by the stability device's start -up current. At this time, the working current of the headlight line needs to be checked normally.
When the stabilizer squeaks in the work, this is the sound of the transformer work inside the stabilizer. This situation is normal. However, the sound is too loud, and the cover can be heard outside, it means that there is still a quality problem in the transformer. Please rest assured that this will not affect the use. If it is serious, replace the stabilizer.
2. Method of determining whether the stabilizer is damaged
1. When the lamp is not bright, twist the Light bulb to replace the new Light bulb. If the new Light bulb is on, it is the problem of the bulb; if it is not bright, there is a problem with the stabilizer.
2. Check the interface of the stabilizer line beam. If the socket has a loose or a problem with the line, the stabilizer will fail; if the plug is normal, it is the problem of the stabilizer.
3. How to detect good or bad on the airlight lamp
1. Bullet test
(1) Different way
a. Whether the electrodes of the two ends of the light ball have a serious loss.
b. Whether the ceramic Tube has broken and broken.
c. Whether the visual wire wire is broken.
d. Whether the visual lamp Tube is broken and damaged.
e. Whether the lamp Tube column is broken and broken.
f. Whether the visual lamp is loosened or not.
g. Whether the base is loosened and falling off.
h. Whether the Light bulb power line has a loose and falling off.
i. Whether the light ball has cracks or rupture.
(2) Test method
a. Take a good Ballast as the benchmark for testing HID Lights.
b. Prepare a power supplyer and adjust its voltage to 13.20V as the test benchmark voltage.
c. Pick up all wiring first and turn on the power supply to test whether the Light bulb will light.
d. If the power is turned on and cannot light up the HID light, it means that HID is damaged.
2. Stability device test
(1) Different way
a. Whether the visual power line group is destroyed or damaged.
b. Whether there is a destruction or damage to the visual control line group.
c. Whether the high -voltage line group is destroyed or damaged.
d. Whether the high -pressure box line group is damaged or damaged and leaked.
e. Whether the body of the stabilizer is destroyed or damaged and leaked.
(2) Test method
a. Take a good HID light as the benchmark for testing Ballast.
b. Prepare a power supplyer and adjust its voltage to 13.20V as the test benchmark voltage.
c. Pick up all wiring first and turn on the power supply to test whether the Light bulb will light.
d. If the power is turned on and cannot light up the HID light, it means that Ballast is damaged.
e. If you turn on the power to light up the HID light, it means that Ballast can light up, but you need to check how much its power input current is to determine whether the function of the stabilizer is normal.
The determination benchmark is as follows:
Normal input current range between 3A-5A.
Greater than 5A indicates that the work efficiency of the stabilizer is reduced, resulting in increased consumption power and decreased reliability.
Smaller than 3A indicates that the work efficiency of the stabilizer and the decrease in reliability may cause the Lights to light up.
